Alyssa has served in the Executive Director position at various locations in the corporate childcare industry.
Since become Executive Director at St. Mary Villa, she has helped grow the school from its licensed capacity of 80 to a capacity of 205 and currently serves 150 children from six weeks to 5 years old. She has overseen a major renovation of the campus, including adding five classrooms and remodeling the gym to meet safety criteria and to include in the St. Mary Villa license.
A native of New Hampshire, Alyssa moved to Tennessee in 2013. She earned her degree in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Special Education from Granite State College in New Hampshire and is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

Nancy McClellan is an educational leader with a 25-year background in leading inside the classroom as well as in administrative and professional development roles.
A native of Detroit, Nancy earned both her undergraduate degree and her M.Ed. in Educational and Early Childhood Education at Tennessee State University. She is trained and certified in Reading and SEL.
She strongly believes in educating the whole child and in taking the time to understand individual needs and development, along with encouraging teachers and staff growth by supporting continuous professional development.
